114: Quality of Sleep

We have heard about the quality of sleep on TV. No matter how long we have sleep, if we cannot sleep very well in most of the time of the sleep, we may still feel tired when we wake up. Quality of this sleep is not high then.

Personally, I found that mood is an important attribute to a high quality sleep. This mood is not the mood before we actually go to sleep or we have to maintain a good mood throughout the day. It is concerning the times in a day our 'mood curve' touch a above-average point (of course touching high points would be better). The more the number of times feeling happy or excited during the day, the deeper we can sleep and the better the quality of sleep would be. For example, in a busy day with long working hours, if not much appreciable achievement has been made, the curve is below average all the day. Although lying on the bed and very tired, we can't sleep very deep. On the contrary, if there are some appreciations for the work done in the day, we will feel happier and the curve will move upward accordingly. Better mood, better sleep.

But being appreciated is not active enough since we are receiving but not creating them. We gotta do something to lift our curve upward by ourselves, or at least reach a few 'climax' during the day. In fact sometimes doing nothing can also keep our curve in a reasonably high level as this actually released us from something. Turning down or slowing down ourselves a little bit in suitable and appropriate timing can also flatten the curve from sharp fall.

Come on, beat down those evils and lift up our curve to get high quality of sleep!
