63: Godparent dinner

Tonight I have godparent dinner with my godchild. The last time having such dinner is in Oct last year. In fact, I like this policy of the Firm because it can enhance the relationship between senior and junior staff and the godparent can claim up to HK$250 for each dinner, and totally we can have 6 dinners in a year.

We have our dinner at TST小南國 for Shanghai food and we have these for our delicious dine:
1. 糖醋魚
2. 担担麵
3. 砂窩雲吞雞 (半隻)
4. 蟹粉小籠包
5. 酒釀小丸子
All these are very good. 糖醋魚 has a good balance between sweet and sour. 担担麵 is not very spicy and have strong taste of sesame. 砂窩雲吞雞 is very large in size for 2 people and the chicken soup is very tasty and the wanton are large. 蟹粉小籠包 has thick skin so that it would not break up easily and can keep the soup inside. I like the dessert酒釀小丸子. The taste is not very sweet and has some rice-wine taste which is very suitable in summer times. And all these are not small size dishes so we feel very fulfilled when we finish.

And we have a “star” sitting in the table next to us. She is not as tall as she appeared on TV or CD cover but she is very thin. She can sing very well in CD but less good in live. Her make-up is thick but natural and she looks very young. Guess who she is now? Kary ah. I guess she is having dinner with her Gold Label colleagues and some of them also look good and fashionable. It is me who discovered Kary and my godchild said why I can see and recognize her. I think it is because almost every artist, although dress very casually, still look different from other people and appear to be sharp attraction. I wonder if she was celebrating her new album has satisfactory sales because it is really good and special.
