171: Milk


宜家好多人見到奶類製品到唔敢食太多, 甚至敬而遠之唔食唔飲.

其實只要唔食到超標都唔會對健康造成好大影響, 冇人叫你一日裡面食幾十粒朱古力嘛.

小朋友同孕婦就真係唔好食太多, 始終如果個BB有咩事都於事無補, 但係普通正常冇病既人就唔好太敏感, 見到奶類製品好似見鬼一樣.

食, 始終係一種享受, 咖啡, 奶茶, 朱古力, 奶油多, 雞蛋仔......好多好多用奶做既美食, 食少少都唔會超標既, 放心食先!
