I love the days recently in this week.
Plenty of sunshine in daytime, which can wake up and light up me back to work. Cool weather in Autumn is also good and relaxing, so end up in wanting to sleep more than work.
If the weather is so shiny that not much cloud is on the sky, going to swim or sunbathing is excellent, but when getting out of the water, will be ....... cold to death....!~
Natural winds are much better than artificial air-con. We can save energy now or to use the energy in alternative ways, such as not shutting down the computer for days, haha, just an example.
Recently tend to think less before act and the whole person becomes less heavy. Just doing what can think of, but cannot be too extreme, gotta have some self-controls, and fine-tune gradually to stand closer to normal.
Really have changed, changing towards the result of the analysis, and have learnt to slim up and light up the mind.
