104: Least and Most

Stand-by in office after office hours and wait for the least number of queries raised by partner during his review of our working papers in order to pass onward to technical review and EQAR review tomorrow.

Line up outside the sales shop during big sale and hope for the lowest price for the best goods.

Washing a jacket in a washing shop and pick up as long as possible after the available date in order to minimize the crowdedness in the wardrobe and maximize the value of the washing fee.

Make use of as many idle resources on hand as possible in order to reduce one’s own efforts and time so one can concentrate in other more important matters and can be more efficient and effective.

Rest and relax as much as possible now in order to enhance concentration and energy for the days following and coming challenges.

All these are recent experience of hoping to sacrifice the least for the most. These are to create a positive thinking and reveal the positive side of what one have done. At least one party will be better-off and both parties will not be significantly worse-off. When lose, one will not be disappointed. When win, one will be double happy!
