Today is very tired although leave at 7. Originally planned to go jogging after dinner to lose fat, but end up in lying on the bed after dinner and fall asleep.
Is my determination not strong enough? Or am I too tired? Is my tiredness accumulated? Seems able to get an answer.
Relax for a while and sleep peacefully may also help. Don’t think too much, JDI.
